CloutAlert is published by To be completed ("we"), acting as data controller for data collected via the application and the Google Business Profile integration.

We only collect the data necessary to operate the service:

• Account information: name, email address, required technical identifiers.
• Google Business Profile data via OAuth: location identifiers, name, public contact details, published reviews, associated replies, review-related settings.
• Technical data: technical logs, internal identifiers, connection/error metadata, necessary for security, support and monitoring.

We do not collect the content of your emails, documents, or other Google data unrelated to Google Business Profile.

• Connect and authenticate your account via OAuth to retrieve your locations and reviews.
• Display data in the interface, notify new reviews and enable replying.
• Operate, maintain, secure, improve the service and provide support.

Your data is never sold. It may only be shared with essential technical providers (hosting, database, backups, monitoring, transactional email), under contractual confidentiality and security commitments.

• Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS).
• Strict access controls and access logging.
• Backups and incident response procedures.
